Cisco's CTIOS (Computer-telephony Integration Object Server) client is a software application used by call center agents to manage customer interactions through their computer systems. However, some users may encounter issues with the client such as errors or software compatibility problems. If this is the case, the CTIOS client may need to be uninstalled.
To begin the uninstallation process, the user should navigate to the Control Panel on their Windows computer and locate the Programs and Features option. Next, look for the Cisco CTIOS Client in the list of programs installed and click on it.
At this point, the user will see an option to Uninstall or Change the program. Select the Uninstall option and wait for the uninstallation process to complete. The program may ask for confirmation before proceeding.
